A better ontario rental website

The Problem

As anyone who has rented a place in Ontario and specifically Toronto knows, it is a terrible and outdated process mostly facilitated by marketplace and email. This is burdensome to both the Landlords and the Tenants and I am convinced we can create a better system. I don't want to focus on realtors as they have an important niche and their types of buildings typically aren't owned by landlords trying to rent them out.

Current Steps

• Used this as a business case for an entrepreneurship class and interviewed landlords and realtors in Kingston and Toronto
• Determined the need, currently doing market research and competitor analysis
